We want you to love everything you order from The Watered Garden, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

 

Return Eligibility

You can return a plant within 30 days of delivery, as long as it’s in the same condition you received it. Please note that natural variation is normal, minor blemishes or imperfections can happen with living plants. Returns must be sent back in their original packaging, and we’ll need proof of purchase to process the refund.

 

How to Return an Item

Please note: return shipping costs are your responsibility.

 

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or there’s a problem with your delivery, get in touch with us straight away. We’ll do our best to sort things out. Sale items and custom orders are not eligible for return.

 

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If so, it’ll be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received the refund, please get in touch.
