At The Watered Garden, our green thumbs are committed to helping you find the perfect plant. However, if for some reason, your leafy friend isn't quite the right fit within 30 days of arrival, we offer the option for return.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your plant needs to be in the same condition you received it - please remember they are living things, and natural variations or minor blemishes should be expected. Ensure it's in its original packaging and keep your receipt or proof of purchase to hand.
How to Initiate a Return

Remember, the cost of return shipping is at your expense, so be sure to consider this when choosing your new green companion.
Damages or Issues Upon Delivery
Any issues upon delivery? Please contact us right away so we can help. Keep in mind, some items such as sale items or custom orders are not eligible for return.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll inform you about the status of your refund. If approved, expect it back via your original payment method within 10 business days. And, if more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, don't hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
