How do your gift cards work?
Our gift cards can be used online or in our Nottingham store. Just enter the unique code at checkout or show it in-store when you’re ready to treat yourself!

Can I use a gift card across multiple purchases?
Yes! Any leftover balance will stay on the card, ready for your next visit.

Do your gift cards expire?
Nope, our gift cards never expire. Take your time finding the perfect plant or workshop.

Can I buy a physical gift card?
At the moment, you can only purchase physical gift cards in-store. Online, you or the recipient will receive a lovely email with the card details, after checkout.

Can I use a gift card for workshops too?
Absolutely, gift cards can be used towards anything, including plants, pots, soils, accessories, and definitely workshop bookings!

What values are available?
You can choose from a range of amounts as seen above but if you want a custom amount, just pop into the shop or get in touch.

Can I use more than one gift card at checkout?
Yes, you can use multiple gift cards if you have them.

No worries - just contact us with your name and order details, and we'll resend it to you.

How do I send a gift card to someone else?
Just below the values above you'll see a tick box saying "I want to send this as a gift", tick that and follow the instructions from there!
