Halloween Special 🎃 Corked Jar Terrarium Workshop
This is our most popular workshop, but with a spooky twist. You’ll make your own closed terrarium in a classic corked jar, layered with soils and substrates, moss and handpicked plants to create a little self-contained world that looks great on a shelf and barely needs looking after. But to celebrate the changing of seasons, in this workshop we will focus on the spooky and unusual. Building landscapes with dark colour palettes and macabre decor, you will go home with the perfect Halloween decoration, that will keep growing long after the spooky season is over. And top it all off, some of the plants offered in this workshop, aren't offered in our regular workshops, making your terrariums even more rare and unique!
Terrariums are brilliant for anyone who loves plants but forgets to water them. Once they’re set up, they look after themselves. During the workshop, we’ll guide you through the whole process, from layering substrates to planting and styling your finished jar.
Our workshops are hands-on, relaxed, and something a bit different compared to your usual afternoon out. If you’re after something creative to do in Nottingham, this is a great place to start. And don’t forget, workshop participants get a 10% in-store discount on the day of your class.
