Nephrolepis Exaltata 'Emina'
The 'Emina' is a curly cultivar of the classic Nephrolepis Exaltata, also known as the Boston Fern. There are many varieties of this species which originate from the Americas, growing at the bottom of the canopy in humid forests, away from direct sun.
Nephrolepis make great houseplants for those slightly cooler, shadier and damp houses, due to their tolerance for lower temperatures and lighting conditions. However, if you want your fern to thrive, we recommend a bright spot with lots of indirect light. Avoid radiators and draughts as these plants have thin leaves, so placing it in a humid room is best.
Producing tightly packed and curly leaves, this cultivar has an almost eery look to it. If you loves ferns, and want to add an unusual one to your collection, this is the plant for you.
