The Aglaonema 'Chartreuse Pretty' is a cheerful plant, perfect for lovers of pink and pastel colour palettes, and big leaves. In the shop, this Aglaonema makes us think of Springtime, which is our favourite season, so we're happy to be reminded of it all year round!

Native to South East Asia, this Aglaonema is like most others in the genus. It likes bright light, a nice bit of humidity and a consistent but light watering routine. Due to the pale colour palette on the leaves, this variety needs a brighter spot than some of your more common 'low-light tolerant' Aglaonemas. For these muted colours to really pop, we would place this near a sunny windowsill, but avoid placing in intense direct sun. 

Aglaonemas are often nicknamed 'Chinese Evergreen', and the genus is widely varied with so many colours, shapes and sizes on offer. Although the lighting requirements of this variety are different from most in the genus, it shares its similarities with it's ease of care. Tolerant of temperature fluctuations and a forgetful owner, this plant is good for when you want plants which give you a rainforest vibe, but you are a little forgetful sometimes when it comes to watering.
