Pachira Aquatica
Pachira Aquatica, also known as the Money Tree, is one of our favourites in the shop. With its glossy green leaves arranged like a tropical five-leaf clover, it'll bring a lot of texture and something quite different to your home. In the wild, it grows as a tree near wetlands and rivers, and indoors it's often seen with a braided trunk. We prefer to keep our Pachiras closer to how nature intended, although we have been known to use this plant in Kokedama, which looks particularly fun and unusual.
Native to Central and South America, this plant is super easy-going. It loves bright, indirect light and doesn’t mind drying out a bit between waterings. It’s surprisingly tolerant of different conditions and makes a fab choice for beginners or anyone wanting something low-maintenance.
