The Aglaonema 'Prestige' boasts bright green leaves, covered in yellow, coral and pink splashes, all held up by thick pink stems. It is a real explosion of colour that is perfect for those who like their plants bright and patterned.

What makes these plants so great is their ease of care. Aglaonemas are very resilient and forgiving plants, making them a good addition to a new plant parent's collection as well as someone who's been collecting for years.

The more colourful Aglaonemas, like the 'Prestige', need a bit more light then their silver and green relatives. Avoid direct sun, but make sure to give this lots of bright, dappled light if you're wanting those pinks and oranges to stick around.

How to care for Aglaonema 'Prestige'

  • Lighting: Thrives in bright light, but avoid direct sun. East, West and North facing windows suit best.
  • Watering: Water once the pot is almost completely dry.
  • Humidity: Can grow in average household humidity, but will grow quicker and fuller in higher levels.
  • Temperature: Resilient to temperature fluctuations, but thrives in 18-27°C
  • Soil Preference: A chunky and airy mix with moisture retentive properties. We recommend the Monstera & Philodendron mix.
  • Good to Know: Due to their thick root system, we recommend repotting Aglaonemas around every 1-2 years.

How We Care For Our Plants

Here at The Watered Garden, we treat every plant like it’s part of our own collection at home. While in our care, each plant gets daily spot checks, the right amount of watering, and continuous monitoring for any pests or diseases. We clean leaves, repot when necessary, and make sure they’re in perfect shape before they reach you. It’s our way of ensuring that every plant you bring home is happy, healthy, and will continue to be that way for years to come.
