Sansevieria can be found growing in the tropical regions of Africa where they receive ample light and gentle humidity. Indoors their care is even simpler, as long as they're not in full direct sun, or in no light at all, these easy-going growers will try their best in any lighting condition. They are not happy to sit in water so only water when soil is completely dry, making sure to give them a good drink when you do, and allowing it to properly drain.
