String of hearts are a delicate trailing plant with multiple strands of pink, heart shaped leaves that hang down over the edge of the pot. These plants can grow to well over a metre long, and are a unique addition to hang over the edge of a shelf in the house.
Ceropegia Woodii prefers to be kept on the dry side. Make sure that it is potted in well drained compost such as cactus compost to prevent soggy roots. It is best placed in a warm, bright spot which can include direct sunlight.
